It seems to me like a long IDTC/short NTOP trade might work out really well. No matter what, that imbalance should be worked out. I think something similar happened when Ziff-Davis Net IPO'ed as a subsidiary of Ziff-Davis (don't remember the exact tickers). Edit: I guess they are ZD and ZDZ, check this out: techstocks.com Zach
