>>>Corel is the cheapest way to buy into the LINUX play. They had more down loads than RED HAT last week.<<<

Define cheapest. Stock price? Valuation?

And its my experience that 90% of the time, stocks are cheap for a reason.

Also, I'm sure its Word Perfect for Linux composes a small segment of this company.

Some Linux news for weekend reading:

Linux success spawns more open source companies - biz.yahoo.com

Sun plans purchase of Star Division - cbs.marketwatch.com

Good news for Linux. Bad news for MSFT.

It's my opinion that Linux news will be ramping like mad. Caused by all the applications coming out and more Linux companies going IPO in the future.

And of course, there will be naysayers who will challenge the company. And MSFT who will vigorously defend its turf.

It will be questionable which companies are good buys in this sector, and whether Linux will penetrate so and so market. But one thing is for sure. Linux is here to stay.
