Land, here you are in the "no man" zone. The holders of the converts can start and lay out profitable hedges, but MU cannot force a conversion. The scenario calls for MU being able to force a conversion, and for that the stock needs to be above $87 (actually just under $88 for those needing exact number) for 20 out of any 30 consecutive trading days. That means that the scenario is calling for the stock to be well above $87 if it is to hold above that level for the desired 20 days. We are already seeing the street raising "estimates" and targets (I have seen $150, do I hear $200?) and that is all according to the scenarios's plan. What fantasy? (VBG). Zeev
