Yes, cheating on your test in the second grade counts. I only cheated on a test in the 9th grade, and I answered yes.

As for the cats, I think they only count as an audience if they are actually watching. They probably aren't.

And would the cats on the bed count as an audience? Emphatically not. Where does one draw the line? Goldfish? Dust mites?

I had a momentary quandary with this one because there was a case where I only found out shortly afterwards that I had had an audience (of one). Apparently one woman's ex had taken to keeping a very close eye on her subsequent activities. But I figured they meant something where you set up the bleachers ahead of time.
