Were you involved with the prison stocks in 96/97 when they were high fliers. God, they were like internet stocks back then.

I made some decent money on WHC then and came back for a longer term play around 20.00. I have a lot of faith in this sector and WHC, in particular.

As more prisons are necessary, and they will be, the private guys will get a much better shot then even a couple of years ago.

Very much worth holding and who knows, the prison boys may be come hot again. Even if they don't, the fundamentals of WHC make it a great long term play.

Awarded To Wackenhut By Peruvian
Government Agency

WAK WAKB) announced today that its Peruvian subsidiary, Wackenhut Peru, has been awarded a
contract by Essalud, the Peruvian Social Security Department, for physical security at its offices
throughout the country.

award of this contract reflects the trust that our Peruvian clients have in the professionalism of the
Wackenhut organization. The contract will commence on September 1, 1999, and will have an
annualized value of approximately $1 million.'

company to employ over 225 additional personnel to provide physical security at the numerous
Essalud locations.
