UTCC, quality by far better than NTOP. I call back home 2 to 3 times a week, my bill with worldcom is about $350/mo. I started using NTOP quality sucked, currently I am useing UTCC, and by far the quality is better, the only problem I have is the fact that UTCC charges .90/ min to wher I call and NTOP charges $1.29/min. Does this mean that NTOp makes more $$, or should I assume that UTCC is doing what T wants to do, which is make it cheaper , so poeple stay on line longer ? Thx
