The fallacy of IDT seen as cheap is the same as with MALL (after the uBID IPO).

While Ubid hit $189, MALL traded up to $60, again at a steep discount and that happened with a tighter float and a simpler balance sheet (than IDTC). Same story, and even with the spinoff proposal (which went through), it took a while until the discount evaporated.

That means, at $28, IDTC is an even better short ...

(Nearly the same situation exists in ICIX/DIGX). ICIX owns 50Mill of DIGX hence one for one ICIX share).
