Ted,

There last Q was interesting. They decreased the number of catalogs they shipped from 200k in 1998 to 75k in 1999 and reduced their sales staff. Reason being, they're shifting their focus from phone sales to Internet sales, and a good marketing program could be just what the doctor ordered.
