Eric, according to the Dow theory, you could say that 2/3 of a sell signal were given due to the action in the transports: the first was the non-confirmation of the new highs in the INDU, the second was the break below 3,300 and the only remaining signal for a full-blown Dow theory signal to be in effect would be for the INDU to fall below the reaction lows of it's recent trading range.
