"Their view must be comparable to mine. The company is failing." You have to clarify the bit about "the company is failing." What's the basis of this statement? Because just saying crap on this thread doesn't make it true. How about giving a theory, present a model of how the theory should work and up date your models progress. Posting crap is easy, just ask some of your critics of how easy it's done. More productive to have a point counter point discussion vs a crap vs more crap exchange.
