Jester, I've specifically admitted that I was unsure of my comments. I just recall reading somewhere and being told by someone before that when a stock ceases trading forever, technically, the short position is never "covered" which brought us to the argument/discussion of tax on such income/gain. So if you take admittedly uncertain comments made on this or any other thread to be "preposterous", there isn't much I can do to help ease your ire. Try to enjoy your weekend. Interesting hobbies and interests, btw...are those in any particular order? P.S. I'm in the business!!!! God help us all. Regards, Flea
