I believe CSCO owns 10% of company or did at one time. I talked with the Company this week. They know of nothing going on at this time. I consider the company a network company. I have bought the stock because it is very cheap on a valuation basis; also every network company I have owned has been bought out in the last 12 months, with the exception of TLAB, so consolidation of the industry has been occurring rapidly. Always a possibility especially if the stock price remains low.

Good Luck,

GC
