Why then do you let minors post on SI since that is a specific violation of the TOU.

I don't know why you terminated AOP, but SI has had a long history of interpreting the
TOU rules to suit themselves and I suppose you had your reasons.

However, the playing field should be level.

I refer specifically to Daniel Miller and Fatt Matt, both of whom have been subject to
external news articles that present clear evidence that that are, in fact, minors, and are
violating the terms of use by posting on SI.

When I last asked about this, I got no response. I personally think that children should
not be allowed to post on SI when it is clear that they are, in fact, children, from external
sources.

(From Anthony)

Dear Friends,
I read the letter posted by Brian,, and I felyt as if I were reading my own obituary, I came to SI as a fluke ,, I opened a thread, and titled it , Dear Anthony, in the hopes that my experience on Wall Street, witch is a corrupt and dirty place & where one person will galdly eat your heart out for a 1/16 of a point, woule aid others and shewd a beacon of light on the investing community, to explain, sometimes in the most painful detail, how the street works and in some way repay the public, for some of the wrongs that I have seen and witnessed and to detail how theyt can avoid becoming a victim. I wanted people to see that I was for reak and that my entry and exits were for real and not staged.. I never talked about owning a stock after it had gone up or being short a stock after its drop..I was hoping to bring a new honesty to the internet. One that withstood the test of time..In that I failed, I let my passions get the best of me, I let my own frailties overcome the goals I had set. I enjoyed theese last 9 months..Its hard to believ it has only been 9 months, it feels as if I have spent a decade here. I have tried to make a difference, and maybe in small way I have ..BUt ,onething is certain..Wall Street wont change ..unless my message is carried out on by each and everyone here..spread the message and do not let it fade..Explain and teach what you know to those who who know not, and may those people understand better than those who read this now.

The internet is a powerful place and with it people can be saved and people vcan be destroyed..Apparantly, this message is needs to be silenced as it was getting too loud. I wanted to part and say that my goals havent changed and ..you dont have to worry about me, I will be around ,,I will be in contact in one way or another maybe not here but I will continue on my work, for I believe that there is no more an honorable way to make a living than by uncovering fraud and scammers..Undoubtedly there will be a dramatic increase in such activity here on SI , since I am banished from this place.

I chose SI, because it had some rules and some structure, I wil not take this oppurtunity to attack anyone at SI, those words have been said, and that fight has been lost..They did what they had to do, and while I cannot change it, I will forever remember it..We all evolve and mature over time, and I am glad that I shared some incredibly joyous moments with thousands of you. and I have the honor and privelege of continuing to work and learn with hundreds of you, I feel sad , yes, but I also believe this is another lesson upon wich to draw some wisdom from. At times ..I have been generous and at times I have been downright ruthless, but never at the expense of my integrity, Keep the thread alive ,in spirit and purpose..and never allow scammers and hypesters and criminals the oppurtunity to fill my void with hot air and false promises..Beware of imposters and those who say they speak on my behalf, they will undoubtedly try to influence those who look to this place for truth and guidance and a willing ear.

I have always tried to answer each and every Pm and post adressed to me , sometimes posting as amny as 300-500 posts in a 2 or 3 day period.. I am sorry to those people taht I will not be able to hear anymore, I am angry at myself for allowing myself to have this happen. Apparantly a bullet has been fired and it appears at this point that it was a fatal shot ..I will accept the cdecision and move along .

I loved being here for you,

May God Bless you and yours and may peace fall upon you,

Anthony@Pacific

Something for everyone to ponder.

First Colonial Ventures Ltd. is a minor venture-capital firm whose stock trades on the OTC bulletin board--so small that it is not required to file more than token disclosures with the Securities & Exchange Commission. But for market makers in small-cap stocks, First Colonial looms huge. It is an object lesson: When the Mob speaks, market makers obey.

The incidents took place early in October, one week after the assault at Sharpe. First came a beating. A trader at Naib Trading Corp. in Fort Lauderdale was summoned to the office of a man by the name of Roy Ageloff. The trader has told associates that Ageloff had beaten him once before with a nail-pierced baseball bat. This time, he said, Ageloff left the room. Then a 400-pound hoodlum knocked him down and kicked him while he was on the floor. The message: Stay away from First Colonial.

The trader at Naib was not the only one to suffer ''persuasion'' over First Colonial. Sources say that four other firms were approached with warnings to cease trading in the stock. To be sure, it was not a total success. There was one rebuff: A market maker in the little town of Hurst, Tex., Anthony Elgindy of Key West Securities Inc., says he ignored warnings that traders who did not comply would soon be ''facing the ceiling''--and has received numerous threatening phone calls since then. But at two other market makers, the intimidation worked. They ceased making a market in First Colonial.

Bryan, I think that you were really stupid for suspending A@P and mary. All you did was show how unfair and biased SI is and that you don't care if SI members make any money in the stock market. You also seem to apply your rules differently to different people. You are like the coach who takes his star quarterback out of the game, because you thought that he was getting better press than you. With guys like you in charge at GNET, I feel comfortable shorting your stock, because you can't manage your way out of a paper bag, so SI will start losing market share because you terminate your stars who offer value to customers and not just a forum to express views.
