(From Anthony) Dear Friends, I read the letter posted by Brian,, and I felyt as if I were reading my own obituary, I came to SI as a fluke ,, I opened a thread, and titled it , Dear Anthony, in the hopes that my experience on Wall Street, witch is a corrupt and dirty place & where one person will galdly eat your heart out for a 1/16 of a point, woule aid others and shewd a beacon of light on the investing community, to explain, sometimes in the most painful detail, how the street works and in some way repay the public, for some of the wrongs that I have seen and witnessed and to detail how theyt can avoid becoming a victim. I wanted people to see that I was for reak and that my entry and exits were for real and not staged.. I never talked about owning a stock after it had gone up or being short a stock after its drop..I was hoping to bring a new honesty to the internet.One that withstood the test of time..In that I failed, I let my passions get the best of me, I let my own frailties overcome the goals I had set. I enjoyed theese last 9 months..Its hard to believ it has only been 9 months, it feels as if I have spent a decade here. I have tried to make a difference, and maybe in small way I have ..BUt ,onething is certain..Wall Street wont change ..unless my message is carried out on by each and everyone here..spread the message and do not let it fade..Explain and teach what you know to those who who know not, and may those people understand better than those who read this now. The internet is a powerful place and with it people can be saved and people vcan be destroyed..Apparantly, this message is needs to be silenced as it was getting too loud. I wanted to part and say that my goals havent changed and ..you dont have to worry about me, I will be around ,,I will be in contact in one way or another maybe not here but I will continue on my work, for I believe that there is no more an honorable way to make a living than by uncovering fraud and scammers..Undoubtedly there will be a dramatic increase in such activity here on SI , since I am banished from this place. I chose SI, because it had some rules and some structure, I wil not take this oppurtunity to attack anyone at SI, those words have been said, and that fight has been lost..They did what they had to do, and while I cannot change it, I will forever remember it..We all evolve and mature over time, and I am glad that I shared some incredibly joyous moments with thousands of you. and I have the honor and privelege of continuing to work and learn with hundreds of you, I feel sad , yes, but I also believe this is another lesson upon wich to draw some wisdom from. At times ..I have been generous and at times I have been downright ruthless, but never at the expense of my integrity, Keep the thread alive ,in spirit and purpose..and never allow scammers and hypesters and criminals the oppurtunity to fill my void with hot air and false promises..Beware of imposters and those who say they speak on my behalf, they will undoubtedly try to influence those who look to this place for truth and guidance and a willing ear. I have always tried to answer each and every Pm and post adressed to me , sometimes posting as amny as 300-500 posts in a 2 or 3 day period.. I am sorry to those people taht I will not be able to hear anymore, I am angry at myself for allowing myself to have this happen. Apparantly a bullet has been fired and it appears at this point that it was a fatal shot ..I will accept the cdecision and move along . Bryan, OK, So you won't discuss any 'member account specifics', but you could at least post, without getting specific, which parts of the terms of use that you say Anthony violated so that we can review Anthony's posts and see what not to do, according to SI. This whole episode appears to me to have been conducted behind closed doors, in a smoke filled room, with no witnesses, no input from members, and no report that we can read and evaluate for ourselves. Surely, you owe us a much fuller explanation than has been given. In your post to which I am responding you say 'As a matter of policy'. Well, as a paid up member, I would like to know what your policies are. Please post a link to the SI policies so that current and potential members know what to expect from SI in case of any disputes. In this policy section I hope that SI is crystal clear about members who offer services for a fee and refer to them in posts and profiles. Frankly, Bryan you are hiding behind policy. I feel that this is an underhanded way to do business and speaks poorly for you, Silicon Investor, and Go2Net. This issue is not going to die unless you are MUCH more forthcoming than you have been in your post. Art

Bryan, This member Message 11093582 apparently does not know the difference between a PRIVATE MESSAGE and a PUBLIC POSTING, as he is under the mistaken impression that public posting are privileged communications that may only be responded to by the named addressee. If I might suggest, perhaps S.I. should make it exceedingly clear to the membership how the "PM" system works and can be availed. Perhaps even allowing an extended "removal time" for an author to purge off mistaken public postings, or re-routing them into the PM system?? Other than this, GOOD WORK! 115,000 happy S.I. members can't be wrong!
