They have been looking at an e-commerce deal, but it was not looking all that promising, the last I heard. I have been on vacation for a couple of weeks and am just getting caught back up.

Nathan, as for your question about the name and symbol change, I was a bit surprised as well. I was under the impression that a name and subsequent symbol change, was mandatory with a share structure change of this nature.

The E-Commerce deal that was being looked at is NOT happening. The company is apparently entertaining another opportunity or 2, but we will have to wait and see what the end result is. They need capital to get the audit completed before they can trade again.
