Casaubon or Herm:

If I could get your opinion on a potential in the money call purchase I was considering. Especially, considering your comment on "deep in the money calls carrying no time value premium in a somewhat illiquid market."
I'm considering HDLJB HDL(handelman) october 10's. Currently stock price @ 13.375. Cost of OCT 10's (plenty of time value?) is only at 3 5/8 currently. (3 5/8 + 10 =13 5/8 seems awfully attractive relative to the current price)

Especially given the stock's outlook and chart: cbs.marketwatch.com

also see iionline.com re/ magic 25 , specifically HDL (handelman)
looks like its chart is screaming upward.

I was thinking that, should it do so, with a time factor of OCT calls working in my favor, there is a chance of this call moving dollar for dollar upward w/the stock price between now and OCT (and probably sooner for a little "side show")

I am interested in your viewpoint on the "illiquid market" part, especially. Would it be fair to say, that if there is a low open interest in a call as described above, to date, that there is no great opportunity there (even though the "math works" . . . and perhaps the charts, and timing as well?)

Any help from this thread (anyone) would be greatly appreciated.

Jaytee

Casaubon or Others:
Just thought I would add a little more "fleshing out " of details by virtue of a more specific site on (Individual Investor Online )for the scenario I outlined in previous post:

Thanks in advance
