Mephistopheles, in point four you are quoting me erroneously. I never said anything about the "Russian organized crime" involvement of CRY's security advisor. My point is that the fact that Rivkin was a RCMP may have contributed somehow to the apparent selective prosecution attempts of SNMM. What could have happened, but we obviously don't know, is that Mr. Rivkin, through his contacts with the RCMP may have prevented the law enforcement people from going against CRY. Others are insinuating further involvement of Mr. Rivkin in the whole affair. That , of course, is very delicate and I don't care to speculate about. Personally, I think CRY is a fine company. My only reservation at this time, for investing in CRY, is that they have taken Claude Levy on board, and that can generate trouble in the future.
