I was referring to the date of the stockholders' meeting. Like I said, I think I'm becoming paranoid about MZEI. Fred

Email from Jill We will not be having a shareholders meeting this year as it has gotten so late in the year and it will probably still be another 30 days before our financials are current. Because Medizone reports year-end, the normal time for an annual meeting would be in the second quarter. Our legal staff has advised us that it would be more appropriate for us to have a meeting in May, 2000, with the intention of all future meetings being in May. Further consideration for this decision has to do with the very aggressive agenda management has planned, post-funding. Time is one of our most valuable resources and we feel our time will be more productive accellerating our research agenda in the months ahead.
