Walter - since day one, I've never really "gotten" my brain around cist and its future. Bought it on a "tip" - cheap shares and didn't dip my toes in too deep.

So, I really don't have a clue what the company is about with the exception of strange (IMO) occurances such as excessive compensation, failed mergers, products that don't get approved etc.

If none of the above is true, my short-term memory is too blame.
