Why Hillary will probably win the election in New York state: money and ignorance. Your anti-WASP argument gets trumped by the mere fact that Moynihan has been elected several times. He is the ultimate in non-ethnic liberalism. He shows that New Yorkers will elect a WASP if the wasp has enough national backing. That's where Hillary shines. She'll have money, money, money and grass-roots democrat energy fueled by Hollywood stars coming into the state to pitch for her. People will be stupified and vote for her.
