Speaking of sandbag did you see the PR on the initial mention of the Haber Deal about two months ago that was CHANGED when Haber issued a PR saying that ORXX used the words EXCLUSIVELY GIVEN THE HABER process to ORXX ? Haber PR and maybe others were re correcting this contrary info. Then. That is a big bad situation then. Another situation is the Haber shares, do you know that early thread posts about the deal saoid that they were FREE FLOATING immediatly or after a SHORT wait. What is the trade date on Habers Shares in ORXX, anyone? two years...one year? Facts seem to share change constanly, I should know, from my March experience! LOL. I think they didn't like my probing questions and proper due dilly. I write so strange anfd get so much ...different. The foundation must not be just sand. As I say in my 20,000 acres that i staked, I go for SFA source rocks, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS! LOL Thanks be to source rocks. Gold is where one finds it. Sand is good WHERE you sell it due to high transportion costs. Rail and Roads are the primary transport in the Boonies of Arizona. Take State Road 89 outside of Wickenburg, they have been rebuilding it for a year and when I first drove from my Oro Grande Mine and Weaver Creek ABUTTING/Axis Claims to Kingman to my Rt 66 abutting claims two years ago it was a pleasant couple ho8urs drive. This past May it was a gruesom 4 hours drive with Big John and Lorraine. Head Crashville possibilities! We made it all safe. The route is about one third two lane divided done. I bet it stops at Santa Maria Area out north of Wickenburg. Maybe in May 2002 it will be all done, blasting and such into the rock- a VERY interesting drive! OH THERE IS A LOT MORE TO THIS!!! More than the board realizes ... CHUCK is a P & D writer for two well known P & D that do not disclose their compensation. Neither does Chuck. Not to mention the attempted scenario to get $20,000.00 of free trading shares to ddump also to paid for the renewal on his claims. Now that is not anything but falt out.... Nevermind ... you people figure it out... talk to your attorneys and now he want to bash the stock... SO we shall see. :-) GB

Richard, << Some of what you report fits into a nasty speculation >> I came up with this nasty speculation myself Friday evening. With all of the bashing I just wasn't sure what to do. (I had to get up early Sat. and go to El Paso) A liitle bell went off and this is what was going through my mind. Blackburn is the main man for both SMM and WV. Why the deal with SMM and no mention of WV in the press release. Why no public mention by OREX of the aquisition terms. Then it struck me. Orex doesn't really need WV. However, without SMM, they are nothing. No gold mine, no test, nothing. I went back and found where Gary had posted that Orex would give 5 million shares for each. I am not sure but the stock value then was $3.00. Now starts the what if: Safe Harbor interruption. The following is pure specualtion and I have no information to prove or disprove otherwise!!!!!!!! Blackburn approaches Orex and says my gold property is worth $15 million. Without it you have nothing. Lets forget World Vanadium for the time being, I want XXX shares of stock for SMM. You don't have to issue those shares until ???? What can OREX do? The company doens't tell how many they paid nor do they mention them in their update after the deal is done. If I had figured this out earlier on Friday, I doubt I would be a share holder now. I just hope Gary can get this baby back up so I can get my money out of it before I go to Armenia.
