If the higher capacity cards are in short supply, it is due probably to large quantities of orders. But there is also a possibility that they are not getting as much reliability from their foundry for these higher capacity cards - a technical problem that usually can be corrected with more manufacturing experience. I decided to order the 96 mb CF on the theory that if there were production problems, it would affect the higher capacities, such as 128 mb, more than lower ones.
