It is not a floorless ... it is a lock in which both Warren and Don have stated. I believe it is 8M ... At least that is what they both told me. It was 5M but the fall to a dime DOn want 3M more ... It is restricted 2 year 144 and with Don on the CEO that does not matter. Also until the mine is open and operation the reserves do not mean dilly and since it has been domant for so ling most of the permits and licenses have to be updated and brought current. If not for that the mine would probably be in operation now. They just finished the reuired labor training. SO they are working forward towards the public opening of the HGP at the mine. Noweither it will work or it wont but they have a lot of real world media scheduled to be there at the demonstration. These guys are not playing. There is no floorless. They have been trying to twist a floorless into this stock since the pump and dump is not available nor can be proved except by innuendo. I will tell you straight up ... HRZG (son) and SHRP (Father) coupled with MHMY ... is why this stock fell on boxing. It is a "fair market" adjustment by the MMs ... now the problem though they got the certs in the brokerage houses does not mean people are selling for a loss. Most I am hearing are averaging down. Look at the volume, the cancels and the MM codes. This one is unbeleieveable. If some one had been dumping WHY all the MM codes. Why the scrambling when a new MM steps in to break up the box? The two new MMs that have step into the box to test the water cause a MAJOR commotion in the trading. I am hearing some sharks ears perked up like bird dogs. So we shall see. :-) GB
