Steve,
My sharing of the previous post was not to compare this as a direct parallel to WAVE, but to merely point out what is happening in the industry.

I am puzzled by this aspect of your reply...
"Your understanding of the financial procedures followed by a chief executive who has decided to put his lot clearly with that of the stockholders by accepting stock in lieu of salary and in lieu of loan paybacks"

If the CEO isn't taking a salary and receiving bonuses, why are they reflected in the company filings with the SEC?

And to provide additional information that I see relating to WAVX, I submit information from that dastardly publication(Barron's),in an article titled..."Swan Song". In the article they talk about the issue of internet piracy of music and what the major record companies are doing about it. And I quote...."...at the same time, hedging their bets, the big five have separately joined with IBM to create a rival method for secure transfer of online music, dubbed the Madison Project."

Steve, I heard much debate that this is the area that WAVX will make an impact with a steady revenue flow. Why did the major music producers go to IBM for this project as opposed to WAVX? I think you would even admit, WAVX's partnerships have been "bush-league" at the least. For example! I would venture a guess that the majority of WAVX supporters here on SI had never heard of Sarnoff before this recent association with WAVX. Let me clarify. When I use the term "bush-league", I'm talking about the companies that WAVX has formal agreements with and currently have on going projects that will impact them immediately. Sure, WAVX talks about the majors, but I think you would agree, nothing has developed that has a major impact to date.
