Sounds like someone touting the stock. Not much information there, and nothing that was not already known. I visited Malta while working in Tunisia in 1960. While it is a pleasant place to visit, I certainly would not want to live there. I'm sure they have diesel. It also gets unbelievably cold and damp there in the winter, despite being in the Mediterranean. If you want sunny skies in the winter, you have to go either north to the alps or to the southern parts of Tunisia.
