I am always here if anyone needs to talk! <gg> mile, LOL!!! someone is going to need a shrink very soon. either the longs or the shorts. wonder who?!! here is a clip from the msdw tech team report from yesterday. we believe the overall theme of intel's fall idf will focus on technologies that will drive the internet. key topic areas will include next generation pc platforms, intel-based server architectures, the key hardware and software issues associated with intel's 1a-64 mpu product plans and broadband communications. as in past idf's we expect rambus to be one of the highlights, and we expect intel to provide new benchmarks that will highlight the bandwidth improvement provided by direct rambus drams. we continue to believe that the sept 27 launch of rambus-based pc's remains on schedule and we expect some of the leading dram suppliers to provide an update of their production status. unclewest

I have been planning on a short squeeze for the IDF, and frankly the volume has not supported me on this. I wonder if we now will get a nice run on Monday and/or Tuesday and then a selloff "on the News", no matter what it is. Many will feel that with significant revenues not be be reported until next Spring, there will be plenty of time left to play. Just some thoughts.
