Gary, The down grade for AMTD and EGRP are unrelated for NITE. stock got punished for no reason, I bought some more and shorted Sep 40 puts. Seems down grade by traditional brokerage house on OLB could be self serving. NIte does not even advertise, it shows it's presence on Level II screen. That should be good enough. Merril deal has long term positive impact. Merril's entry into on line is well thought and planned, they did not rush to jump in and cash in but they know that online trading is here to stay and expand and there is plenty to be exploited yet.
