UTHR, CMED,, AGIL, etc.. my only problem is that how do we keep this potentially blockbuster companies, that are now so volatile that one day they are on the most up list and the next day or two they are in the most down list for longer holds? That is why for longer term holds I'd tend to stay with the CYTC's, and CAMPs, and TOPP although I happened to have been surprisingly stopped out of TOPP (a potential longer term hold) on a 7% loss last after such a nice gains this month and last. I would do the EMLX, OCLI's and IDPH's and ICN's for just swing trades. But I guess in that sector there comes a point when it just goes onto a steep upswing, somewhat like CMED once the good news you are waiting for comes out. So on that point I do agree with you.
