Gator, I reviewed the latest info on SNMM and believe it will pull through...

and that moving the rest of its operation to Antigua is a good initiative. Customer's relation is going to become far more expensive, though, mainly because of the high cost of telecommunications and skilled staffing in the West Indies...

Please, let SNMM know that some Companies specialize in offering sub-contract customer assistance. A ZSUN subsidiary provide that very service at low cost: servicelive.com

I no longer have a position in SNMM but have made good money in it until I sold recently. I believe they will prevail in their attempt at keeping their Attorney/client communications privileged and the Antiguan revelations will mostly be embarrassing to the local Authorities, rather than SNMM...

In any case, the Market is Large enough for both CRY.TO and SNMM to co-exist successfully...

Regards, F. Goelo + + +

One of the things I'm saying is that Cryptologic has no gambling operation in Canada, so, not like Starnet, it does not need to move anything.

Do you know about the companies that make Slot Machines? They don't move out of the country for this... and they have no gambling operation. Do you know that many, when selling their Slot Machines to Casinos have a % of the profits as part of the contract?

There's something else more interesting behind SNMM for the RCMP that what we are hearing and talking about... The RCMP loves to hit the bad boys where it hurts... ie: taking their toys away... CRY has no interest for the RCMP or other intelligence services... ... !

Also, trading at an EPS Ratio of 8 does not make me worry too much about where the stock will be with NASDAQ... I'll take 20 or 30 times EPS... still making good money!

With the Rivkin brothers having 50% of the company shows a lot! They are behind solid long term plans and stock value... else, they have no way getting to their cash! They can not get to their Cash fast, I trust them to be trying very hard to take the right decisions for the share value... what do you think of these?

Are we all Canadians on this board? Maybe we should get all together and see what we can find out?

Norman Inkster:

Gator, I don't know if you understand what/who is the Commissioner of the RCMP? That's the BIG Boss! There is nothing higher than that in the RCMP. He was doing the same for Interpol... so to speak about International Legalyties... you have the man there!

You know, if there was something wrong about Crytologic, that guy would not stay there, believe me! no?

Like I said in the previous message, the RCMP did what they did to Starnet not for what they say they did it.... they have something else in mind... and IF cry was in their minds... I would strongly think that Mr. Inskter would know and would have taken care of this legal structure with KPMG so the operational structure is fine for Cryptologic IF something needed to be changed! :-))
The big boys network never stop. Those guys ARE CONNECTED IMHO.

On the other hand... the day he leave CRY... I'll probably get my money out...
