C'mon Cheeky... There were people like this way before Y2K and there will long afterward. Jeffrie Dahmer certainly didn't need Y2K related fearmongering to get young boys to come by. Or anymore than the Heaven's gate folks needed much prompting to eat their jello and catch that comet in the sky. At least put a "just kidding" behind such an inane comment. Please.
