John:
I agree, in fact, I bought more on Friday.
Tripled my position.
I'm a nurse so I canvassed all the mom nurses last night re Pokemon and they all loved it but couldn't figure it out BUT their kids could. They mentioned the CD's holographs movies etc. so the public is hyped on the product. They haven't thought about buying the stock yet. When they do there will not be any shares available as we have most of it!!

If they sold last week it would not have been reported yet.
Form 144 is for restricted stock not options.

Seems insiders are exercising their options and dumping their shares as the shares outstanding suddenly doubled. I agree then that they seem to be in a mad rush to cash out rather than take the shorting option outlined in their options registration papers. BTW, you do know that insider sellings take about 1 to 2 months after the fact to show up...right? So you nor I have no way of knowing exactly how many shares have been dumped recently until the figures come out in a month or two. Regardless, their shares outstanding more than doubled in the past month so it is not very hard to surmise what is going on and the magnitude of what is going on. Also 2 more tidbits... insiders may rather be dumping their stock as opposed to shorting it but Market Makers are more than free to short the stock and have been doing so since the 12 range. Lastly, I hear that GRIN is authorized to dump 50 million more shares onto the market... not too good if you are long- long term.
