Tenchusatsu, It will take a while before the full potential of Coppermine is realized. Process Boy thinks that Coppermine will scale very well in frequency. How high? He isn't saying, at least not publicly ... (heh heh) We have this from Process Boy in a post from yesterday on the AMD thread: See ya on the other side of 1GHz. PB I don't think he meant on 0.13. Mind you, my answer was my opinion of what was a reasonable expectation. I do believe strongly that I am in the ballpark. I will also say that I believe Coppermine has more frequency scaling headroom than is generally acknowledged. So here's to sticking my neck out (again): Message 11076457 PB
