When you posted your original comments....you stated very clearly that the CEO was taking stock in lieu of salary, so I guess they have changed the meaning of "in lieu". Why even mention this if he was taking a salary?

Let's try this one on for size and see if you see any application to WAVX.

On August 30, Xerox will introduce a product called ContentGuard. One application is that it will allow professors to develop their own textbooks by selecting content from a publisher's database and then charge the appropriate fee to the students for content they use. It appears that publishers have already signed up for the product.

And finally! I stand by my contention that nothing has materially happened to date, as shown by the $2,000 revenue stream.

P.S. As for Sarnoff, I'm well aware of the individual as one of my friend's grandfather's company was purchased by RCA. Made them multi-millions over night and he dropped out of med-school to sail the world on his yacht. You would never guess what the company did(his grandfather's company)as it is as far from the electronic industry as possible.
