I think the idea of using the web to diagnose a computer and fix any problem that is found is the way to go. After all, its been used in the space program for many, many years. Its time we found a way to use this technology with the home/enterprise computers. Dell is on a roll. Hope Greenspan cools it for a while. I now view him as a bigger threat to the stockmarket and Dell than Compaq ever was. Not to imply that Compaq was ever a threat to the market...but 5fer sure scared the tech sector when he announced all those "problems" earlier this year. Take care, and lets hope for a rally this Monday. Stock Bull
