Hi Bob,

I have no info relative to your first question.

Regarding the second question, I very much doubt that there will be any oil found in the ELH structure. As drilling depth increases temperature increases and conditions are less favorable for formations to host oil reserves. It should be recalled however that ELH natural gas is rich in condensate and has a high BTU (i.e. energy) content as a result. You got it, that does mean a premium gas sales price !!
:-) :-) :-)

The Cal Canal prospect is approximately 2,500 feet shallower than the ELH structure. If any of the Temblor structures targeted by the JV are going to bear oil, it would likely be this one. But, I believe it too will bear gas. Let's hope that the sands in this structure will also be capable of yielding commercial production rates.
