I agree with that! What is happening now is great. Forcing companies to be reporting or go to the pink sheets and hopefully die there or become reporting. Put them in jail if they submit false information.

Many stock traders did exceedingly well in the 19th Century. The SEC was brought in through a ruse, as many regulatory agencies have been. I assume you were born after the Securities Act of 1933, so you are just used to this government interference.
