In the case of DELL I would rather see the money going to fuel intrinsic long term growth than in propping up the share price.

I totally agree. However, the war chest is growing isn't it? Sure would like to see them use some of it rather than having it sit idle.

Question for all of the accountants? Is that $4 Billion considered 'invested' (if it is sitting around) as part of the ROIC calculations?
