Accidents occur all the time. And if you are from a place like the hill stations you would recognize that a lapse in steerig while taking a turn can land a car/bus a few hundred feet in the gorge killig all passengers. It's called human error. So, accidents occur all the time, eh? Because of "karma", huh? And btw, it is not always blamed on human error. Sometimes they also blame it on non-existent tornadoes! It's not a BJP or RSS or VHP conspiracy nor a communist or CIA conspiracy. It's not a conspiracy. It is criminal negligence. But the BJP, RSS, VHP folks would have you believe that it can all wait. Because first, you have to "teach a lesson" to them minorities, you see! And btw no inquiry commsion wil find anything since many have been bored to death by others. No inquiry commission will find anything because that is what you guys expect them to do -- find nothing. Things are not gonna change until your expectations change. Nuff sed!
