redwood: I don't know those numbers off the top of my head. However, I do remember that one of the issues (either the E's or the F's) are just part of a financing deal with a private institution and are not available for trade. I also think that the shares have been increased to cover the dilution that happens at the end of the year. I don't think this is cause for alarm as it is a simple necessity in order to convert 6-1 for the P's and possibly for the W's. I have been buying the W as it is a most interesting play. If I remember it right...when and if the P's reach $5, the W's are convertible to a P which is convertible to 6 common. My last purchase of W's was 2k @ .19ea ($380). If I am able to convert @ $5 and the common is ..say ..$3, we will have turned .19 into $18 ($36,000)which is pretty close to a 100 bagger. This is far from FDIC insured, but it is a gamble that I'll take.
