Can anyone shed some light on their product related press release. I'm assuming that the product is not a shrink-wrapped application out of the box i.e. its a product that they provide services for to tailor it to each particular customer, and therefore, complements their services business. Is this correct? Yes, a TSE listing is planned by end of the fiscal year (April 30). In preparation for this, the July 29 AGM was asked to approve the change of auditors to PricewaterhouseCoopers as the TSE recognizes audits done by the big 6 accounting firms only. When they go for the listing, a new audit should not be required. At present, they are also short about $1M in net equity to qualify - this could be resolved by financing or an acquisition. They recognize the desirability to list sooner rather than later as it is believed that the TSE requirements may become more stringent in the future.
