This acquisition looks great to me. I read about it in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper (they still print those things?:-)) That article stated the the price was ~$5.4M cash. I like the cash purchase. I definately like the high end nature of the product reinforcing LiveLink's capabilities. I also like the addition of 12,000 users to the installed base. This could create cross selling opportunities that might pay for the entire acquisition. So, when will this stock start to show some life? It may take a much large acquisition which I'm not necessarily in favour of. Hopefully a press release Monday will get some attention. Time for an interview on CNN to tell the story.
