jft; Thanks, but I am aware of that, as well as the fact that Yahoo owns Broadcast.Com and its subsidiary company SimpleNet. Also of interest is the fact that our newest board member is an Intel veteran who was responsible for overseeing the start-ups of four manufacturing operations during his tenure there. Quite an interesting tidbit when one considers that a) the former Intel executive overseeing VTT/TTV projects also joined our board recently and b) e.Digital has indicated that the lion's share of future revenues will come from VTT/TTV, rather than the much ballyhooed internet music niche.

Next week's dog and pony show in So Cal may shed further light on the VTT/TTV situation. Intel mentioned in a CNBC interview recently that some exciting new hand-held products will be introduced in October, admitting that their commercial debut has been delayed by ~2 months due to schedule slippage. Interestingly enough, e.Digital previously indicated that 200 prototype VTT/TTV devices would be delivered "this summer". Figuring July as the median summer month, a two month slippage would put the prototypes in Intel's hands right about now. Very interesting, is it not?
Best wishes,
