I would love to answer your question but I promised to stay out of trouble. If I said what was really on my mind … then that is where I would be … in trouble!

The only good feeling I have now is knowing that Branconnier has been squirming with ALL of his dilemmas. This is gratifying to surmise. So is the fact that his chum, Tony Diez, is doing the same.

The Cease Trade Order is like having an Archangel on ones' shoulder and handcuffs on René. Let him fight his way out of this one!

I (we) have been labeled Thermo Tech Bashers and accused of trying to bring the company down. Not true at all, only one person is responsible … RB. Watching TTRIF writhe is more than nerve-racking plus tragic. It should be prospering … yet its not.

Frustration is overwhelming here, when the obligation for (Organic Waste Management) is essential for survival. Mother Earth is drowning in trash as is the population.

There are still those (selected individuals) who labor persistently in a tireless manner, requesting continuance and stability in distinction to Thermo Tech Technology. The whole Eastern Hemisphere needs just that, as do all continents. Beyond is (people in power) throughout the world to verify assured deeds are in gear. Nevertheless, we need to get on with it, NOW! Solution being of course (Modern Administration) not what we have presently.

I'll probably get flamed for posting this but I say a prayer all the time … hope others do as well.

Best Regards,

Mr Rene Branconnier reports

US Thermo Tech Inc, a new company, has been incorporated which will operate out of the North Andover, Massachusetts office of US Filter Operating Services.

This follows the advancement of discussions towards a joint venture agreement between the two companies covering the ownership, operation and supply of raw materials for Thermo Master plants beginning with the northeast region of the US.

Mr Jim Coull, vice-president of marketing, Northeast region, will manage the new company and work with the management of US Filter Operating Services to develop joint business opportunities.

This joint initiative follows a thorough due diligence on the part of US Filter technical staff and management.

US Filter Operating Services see four major benefits to this relationship:

1. US Filter has all the necessary resources and systems in place to operate the large number of Thermo Master plants expected to result from this venture;

2. US Filter, through the 115 companies which it currently owns, will be able to supply as much as 90% of the equipment used in Thermo Master plants, thereby reducing capital and operating costs through favourable pricing arrangements;

3. Thermo Master plants give US Filter an effective technology to supplement its existing and future wastewater treatment projects; and

4. This partnership will allow US Filter to expand into new markets, particularly the food handling and food processing industries.

This technology will drive the sewage biosolids treatment market into the future.

US Filter has 12 to 15 projects in the northeast right now which need Thermo Master plants. US Filter currently operates approximately 300 plants across the US.

US Filter Corp, with annual revenues in excess of $4 billion, offers single-source solutions to municipal and industrial customers through the industry's broadest range of cost-effective systems, products and technologies.
