<<production cuts be kept in place until the end of March 2000.'' >>

This should be great news for Crude Prices. If they keep the cuts in effect untill April - we will not only see ''sustainability'' - but, may see a substantial price increase from here as demand increases are being very conservatively forecasted.

<<...''After a one-day meeting hosted by Venezuela's oil minister, Ali Rodriguez, with Saudi Arabia's Ali Naimi and non-OPEC Mexico's Luis Tellez in attendance, the three said in a joint statement that, ''the stability and sustainability of oil prices requires that the production cuts be kept in place until the end of March 2000.''

The meeting comes just three weeks ahead of the next scheduled OPEC ministerial meeting on September 22 and seeks to quell speculation that producers might seek to ease output after seeing oil prices double since February''.....>>

Curious to see the action in crude oil monday off of this news.
