Jim,

The link for "terms of use" is at the bottom of each (non-response) page. (You can probably see it if you page down to the bottom of this page as you are reading this post!) And it goes like this:

techstocks.com

When you sign up, you also agree to the rules...

I know when I have been personally and physically threatened by posters on SI, they get rid of them in no time...

Usually, I don't even have to complain... there are enough complaints to go around.

Frankly, I think this is a nicer place to post because of it... gets rid of those with more than their share of Web-rage. (Wonder if I just coined a term???)

BWDIK?

Bill

SIBob has said that SI won't enforce the posting limit unless someone abusing their privileges. I am paraphrasing here. I think what he actually said was as long as the poster is making useful contributions, something like that.

As for the copyright question, attribution should be provided. Here on SI, I presume it's self-evident that we are not using the works referenced for personal gain. I have pretty much stopped cut&pasting entire articles, and usually just provide a link, in an abundance of caution, but I do enjoy it when others actually post the entire article. Makes it easier.
