Me too. "It is just that we have a failure to communicate", from Cool Hand Luke. This comapny is not one man, it is a board of directors, shareholders and new blood. It is that red that I base my future upon. The new blood based upon the building blocks that have been set in place by the old blood upon a foundation that is - IMHO- solid. That one differance is paramount. Change for the sake of the shareholders must now be demonstrated as favorable, in that we agree. To have brought in a facilities Manager is a one year old PLUS track record, I await the results, like everyone here- "it is NOT over till it's over", I say on a Yogi Berra Special the day before yestesday! There must be a Yogism that I can make up here that applies, give me some help. Richie I should be saying, I can't not want but be true to my conflicting thoughts.
