Yes, the Bosch deal is a step in the right direction. It is not enough. If Cisco has to really think big in the wireless arena a Ericsson joint venture, sans the AXE part!!, is a sure winner.

A bit of history, when Ericsson came out in the GSM field, it had a lot of credibility. It could say, then, that it had been building networks for quite a while. But now, it cannot say so. It does not have a track record on IP. On the other hand Cisco cannot say it has a track record on mobile. Put this two facts together ... Now Im not saying that Cisco has to get even closer of the cct switching of Ericsson. Stay away from that.
