David,

I use Earthlink. But they have a hot and cold reputation. Here in Colorado, they have lines connected through Level 3, PSI Net and Sprintlink. So if one has a problem, its real easy to jump to another. Like having three ISPs for 19.95/month.

Re: "I need a new one and have been thinking of cable but it is very unreliable here."

I've been clamoring for a cable modem. Why is it unreliable?

Thanks,

If your data feed is slow during certain periods of the day I suggest you not try to scalp. Your connection, data feed and mainly your execution skills must be super fast and super reliable or you will get burned sooner or later, period. A loss that gives back your last week or two of profits (or doubles your last week or two losses depending on what type of trader you are) will not help you sleep at night.
