Aus and Thread,

The shortage of SanDisk cards makes me nervous. I know it sounds great that sales are going well, but product shortages also leave an opportunity for some competitor to sneak in. With any luck, all of the manufacturers are suffering from the same shortage.

Jim

Aus -

Pls Tell me about the E-100. I almost bought one earlier this month. J&R price at around $600.

I got the E-15 on your reccomendation and it has changed my life for the better.

BTW - what exactly are SNDK and Snoy or whoever saying about this new secure downloading stuff. Are tehy trying to satisfy the recording industry that the record companies can download and that you won't be able to download unless you actually paid for the songs or what?

In any event I don't see how it could ever be secure for the rcord companies. I mean there are tens of thoudands of MP3 sites and more coming I could load the latest CD on a site and allow anyone to download it. How can you technologically stop that. I wish in fact SNDK could do that because the record companies would pay them a fortune but I just can't see it?

Any ideas.

Best regards,

L
