You should deal more with facts than could be, would be, would be nice to be PRs that you put out.

Have you any concern that you may be used by management as Judas Goat?

What are your critical concerns for this company? Do you have any?

Don't mean you should "dry" in your beer, but you seem to always press a possible upside. That would be nice, however, isn't it foolish not to discuss the prevailing down side?

Just a thought

Bob: Thanks for your efforts. As an addendum to my last post...

Many months ago, there was a fantastic post on RB, by a psychologist, I believe. I wish I could dig up the original, but it is buried forever at this point.

In the post, the writer analyzed the psychology of bashing. In particular, he analyzed the reason for why an angry seller (who has lost money) would continue to bash the stock incessantly.

The short version of the story is this: The seller who has lost money must beat up on the company to salvage his/her ego. They lost money, and that makes them feel stupid. They most likely have started out with low self-esteem to begin with, and losing money just makes them feel "smaller".

How do they feel "big" again? They start bashing. In an attempt to repair the bruised ego, they go on the attack. After all, the ego could not accept the double-whammy of both losing money AND not being long if the price goes back up. Therefore, they will do anything they can (endless bashing), in an attempt to keep the price down and justify their own decision to sell.

They will state that their negative comments are altruistic, but the motives for this type of bashing are purely self-serving.

"Remember there is a grant to the principal to spend in any way he sees fit for $250/$5000 in card sales." Bob, one point the elementary school principal made is the importance of prizes. At his school, the grand prize was a limousine ride to CiCi's Pizza. This was extremely popular. CiCi's is a low-budget pizza buffet; you would have to eat yourself sick to spend $5. I am assuming the principals will be spending some money on prizes. BTW, great post! Regards, Suzanne

Bob, "As a first year effort, TSIG thinks a minimum of over 6000 schools would be a success. I've wanted a minimum of 7500 and hope for 10000." Six thousand schools participating on a school-wide basis would be terrific! My numbers based on 2000 schools and the school netting $25,000 looked pretty good to me. Of course, TSIG doesn't have the luxury of a hypothetical year from 7/1/99 to 6/30/00. The actual profit in the 4Qtr. of '99 will have to cover some pretty significant expenses from the first 3 quarters. The next five weeks is a critical period. Regards, Suzanne

Bob, "The drive for the 4-H clubs begins shortly. There will be a mailing to the clubs Sept followed by a continued mention in their monthly newsletters. The headquarters of 4-H feels about 1/3, or 50,000, clubs will participate." Assuming 30 kids per club gives you 1,500,000 kids. Assuming 40 kids per club gives you 2,000,000 kids. These numbers are not far off from the 1,850,000 kids participating that I used in my estimate. Anybody know the typical membership of a 4-H Club? Regards, Suzanne

Now that the funding has taken place and the activity within TSIG has stepped up there may be more to contemplate. The feeling is the company is about to generate from all fronts. The next few months should be exciting to watch. We have already seen the beginning throws.

There has been the addition to the payroll of Murphy. He gives the company focus solidly on the sales and further marketing of the completed deals. I suspect he will be looking for some qualified additions to aid him in accomplishing his and TSIG's goals.

The General (retired) recently joined the board of TSIG and appeared to bring interested parties to the stock. As the company progresses he should continue to do the same and also offer a continuing input toward the direction of the company as the board meets and discusses directional decisions. This diversification of the board of TSIG should be a decisive move toward solid discussionary decision making. I would imagine this changing picture of the board content is not over.

The addition of Rebecca Walter is a tremendous step toward having solid personal and vocal input directly into the charitable industry. She has a multitude of contacts within the industry and is an active participant. As an advisor to the board she will be able to direct the efforts toward the doors that may be ajar. She will also be able to advise how and when to proceed and make contact. She will additionally be able to give advise on various proceedural matters that the industry may want and expect. She also may be speaking to other solid investors and we could see some of them taking positions also. After all, they usually put their money where their beliefs are.

Further additions both in the personnel and board membership should be anticipated. The growth of the company will dictate the addition of highly qualified individuals both quickly and as time goes on.

I hear and read the Lifetime project is progressing nicely. The continuing growing interest from the schools could generate a public notification of having attained a certain level of committments within the next few weeks. I hope so and look forward to it. That would give the shareholders direct knowledge the company is progressing forward on the quest of revenues. The participation should continue to grow as the school year continues and the schools enter into their second and third fund raising drives. This sets up the second year of the project to be able to start off with the big bang we had initially dreamed of for this year.

The 4-H contract should be beginning it's contact period about now as the mailings to the clubs should have gone out a week or two ago. This should grow into a decent revenue source as the clubs convert to using the Card products in their fund raising events. Again the growth of interest through the year sets this deal up for a solid start at the second year.

Don't forget TEMPO. It has the capability of doing what was thought Signature would do. It can generate from the dime a CD portion of the deal enough to cover the expenses of TSIG. This part of the deal was to start about now and generate as the CDs are placed. Additional involvements directly involving TSIG participation will produce additional revenues.

It will be interesting to see if the hurdles have been gotten over to make the Babe Ruth contract a growing success this next contract year. The grass root nature of the leagues makes it dificult to have a proper transmission of information and education to the ground floor participants. Lets see if the year coming will set this one up for a decent third year showing.

I'm still waiting for Nettaxi to get it's act together. TSIG is waiting on them.

With Murphy having the assignment of getting the EOCnet deal activated once EOCnet is ready to begin performing, I would expect this sleeper to awaken slowly around the first of the year. The expectations are it will become a solid revenue source as the growth of interest develops.

My understanding is the IT department of TSIG is being added to and they are setting priorities. I have, am, and will be waiting impatiently for indications of progress with various links to appear. I know there was a lack of funding and the department couldn't act timely but the time has come for the ball to roll. I asked and was told they were working to become timely and up to date.

Keep in mind also there has been a retail study and test made with the Card products. The results showed success and we should be able to expect contracts along these lines as time progresses. The corporate accounts will be made with specific goals in mind from the clients. I would imagine many of these may be done with their initial order committments in place with payment made.

It has been leaked deliberately and openly that there may be a deal coming with a strong video protrail and sale of TSIG's product. If this comes about, millions of TV goers to this avenue of retail will be exposed to the company. Telephone purchasing from the couch would become commonplace next year.

There has also been rumored that TSIG's product may be associated with a major product supporting a national event. If this happens, then this would be an additional major corporate entity supporting the retail thrust of the company.

Further imagine, as has been suggested for example, a major retail chain adding the Card products as a counter sale item. This would expose the Cards to the public retail shopper while in their buying modes. They may have already looked at CDs and had their memories refreshed with the counter cost. Now they see a product for $10 that will allow them to purchase any of the CDs for $10.99 or less by shopping and purchasing on the internet site or calling their order in.

Once again the PromoCard comes to mind also. The corporate entity purchases the cards in volume and then gives them to the public through promotional giveaways or as bonuses for purchasing their primary product. Very cheap self contained advertisement expenditures. Marty recently further explained this as has been also done in the past.

Think also of the additional internet exposure that should come as the company progresses into the public arena and gathers recognition. There should be those internet outlets that would then look to have TSIG represented on their sites. This would then have the internet shopping public allowed the visual avenues made available to them for direct access to the Card sites.

Don't forget the NMF and what we all wanted immediately when it signed on. Granted it strongly aided in the bringing of the Lifetime deal to TSIG but the entertainment field has been blatently absent. As the exposure of the company progresses, the entertainment field should begin to step up to the plate. That exposure would strike to the heart of the portion of the population TSIG targets with the MusicCard and the PhotoCard.

The charity contact and closure was slated to go into full effort about the first of the year. It was felt by Gordon that having a favorable sales effort and name recognized contract signings under TSIG's belt would help the closing rate enormously. Having Walter to help won't hurt.

TSIG appears to be evolving into a diversification of many accounts and interest thrusts. This growth pattern should be one of indicated long term success and not a one pony show. As the diversification continues and TSIG proves itself to the shareholders and public, those that decided to remain through the trying times of a start-up company's struggles should be handsomely rewarded. Revenue production will be the telling story and that should be now on the increase and given time should drive this investment on it's own merit as a PE begins to apply.

Everyone should do their own DD and evaluate what they feel is applicable and important. This is from my diligence and thoughts, right or wrong or inaccurately personally projected.

Best of luck to all

Bob
